Returns & Cancellations

In order to get your item to you as quickly as possible, we often start working on your order within 24 hours. Therefore, we ask that you please cancel your order within 24 hours. If you have an issue with your item upon its arrival, please notify us immediately, and we will do our best to provide a solution. 

Returns are not accepted on customized items. This includes but is not limited to items where size, shape, and personalization has been requested by the customer.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted. We don’t make items to keep large amounts of inventory.
