Purchasing urban lumber means you’ve bought lumber that would have likely ended up in the landfill. Our slabs have a story to tell having fell within an hour of Atlanta, GA. Like any Georgia native there’s plenty of character, so look beyond the rough exterior of these slabs and you’ll find a unique piece for your next project. We only work with kiln-dried lumber, so each piece is drier and more stable than air-dried lumber.

Delivery & Pick-up

In the “Notes” section at checkout, please indicate if you would like to pick up your slab or have it delivered. Delivery is an extra charge. Please, make sure to include a good contact number to coordinate pick-up and delivery.

Disclaimers

Urban lumber can have one drawback: metal. Sometimes a tree was used to staple a flyer to it; maybe someone used it for target practice. If you are planning to mill these slabs yourself, make sure to inspect them before and during your milling process so you don’t damage your tools! We will do our best to let you know if we see any metal, but we are not responsible for any tool damage.
